We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Items must be in reasle condition to recieve a full refund. We cannot refund shipping costs if the item returned
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to approve the return. We do not provide a shipping label to return items, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure the item well packaged to prevent any damage, and that your NAME AND ORDER NUMBER are included in the package. WITHOUT AN ORDER NUMBER, we are unable to process a refund.
Once the item is recieved it will be inspected to ensure it is in resale condition. If the product is used or damaged, a refund will NOT be provided. If the package is opened, and is not returned in resale condition, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

FINAL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
NO RETURNS/CREDIT/EXCHANGE GIVEN ON SALES OF custom or special orders, powder, ammunition, open/partially used boxes of projectiles and brass, open bottles of grip gel, oil or any other consumable product. These products are FINAL SALE. Please research or ask about these products prior to purchase. CLEARNACE items – items marked clearance are FINAL SALE and cannot be return for store credit or a refund.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, IF NOT returned in new RESALE CONDITION with all original tags and packaging intact.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you experience a defect with any item you have purchased, please contact us my emailing us at [email protected], and we will advise if the item is warrantied by the manufacturer. If there is a manufacturer defect then the manufacturer warranties the product. If DoubleTap Sports is the manufacturer, it will be warrantied accordingly. If the item is new and arrives damaged/missing parts, please contact us with 7 days of receiving the item, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
RECIEVED INCORRECT ITEM
If there is an error in shipment such as the incorrect product being shipped, please contact us immediately by email with your order number, and if possible a picture of the incorrect item. We will reship the correct product at no additional charge to you IF WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR.
Products must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging. If it is not, additional charges will be incurred.
We will provide a return label or a link to create a return label to return the incorrect item(s) to our facility.
WRONG ADDRESS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR
For items retureded to us after they are shipped to the wrong address due to CUSTOMER OR POSTAL CARRIER ERROR will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
We do our best to ensure speedy delivery, but are not responsible for errors in shipping or cannot guarantee delivery dates. We send customers their Canada Post (or upgraded carrier) tracking number and expect packages to be delivered in a timely manner. However, we cannot control unforeseen events or errors once your package has left our facility.
If you wish to return a product for any other reason we will assess each return on a case by case basis and the outcome is subject to our discretion. We will provide store credit/refund, as long as the item is returned new, unused and in the original packaging. If the product is not returned in resale condition, charges will be incurred.
