An automatic casefeed system, similar to the one used on Dillon’s commercial-grade Super 1050 machine and the XL 750, is now available for YOUR RL 550 series press! You simply dump a quart of cases into the hopper and turn it on. The motor-driven disc fills the case feed tube, a micro-switch shuts off the motor when the tube is full, and automatically restarts it when low. This case feeder only works for the handgun calibers listed under the casefeed caliber conversions. Rifle cases are too tall to feed with this system.

This stock number includes the large pistol case feed plate, appropriate for 38/357, 10mm/40 S&W and larger.

Cost of the casefeed caliber conversion is separate from the 550 casefeed system, and is added to the total in the shopping cart.

The speed of the casefeeder is controlled by a potentiometer on the casefeed funnel. It allows you to infinitely regulate the speed from 0 to 8 RPM. The motor features a universal power supply for both domestic and foreign voltages. Adaptable to either 110 or 220 Volt, 60 or 50 hz, you simply swap out the plug to the style appropriate to your region. The bowl has an adjustable window cuff and cases deflector, for a larger range of cartridge capability.
